Can I have a part evaluated at HAVILAND?

HAVILAND cannot evaluate collection pieces created by the Manufacture.

HAVILAND can only possibly attest to the manufacture, marketing and signature of the product with regard to all of the HAVILAND collections and the numerous archives at its disposal.

HAVILAND can only give the value of the public prices of the products present in its catalogs, however this has no expert value.

Only a licensed expert and / or an auctioneer can give financial values ​​on products not referenced in the current catalogs. These experts and commissioner can be found easily from search engines on the internet.

How to wash my Haviland parts?

HAVILAND recommends maintaining your parts by hand with a microfiber sponge. However, since 2011, HAVILAND has been a partner of SUN Expert Machine Cleaner, which allows us to guarantee 500 machine washes (under normal conditions of use).
Regarding items categorized as relief or inlay of gold and / or platinum, we strongly advise against machine washing.

However, we recommend that you wipe each piece after washing, using a soft, dry cloth to preserve the shine of the porcelain and your decorations.

Can I put my service in a microwave?

White porcelain and Haviland precious metal-free decors are microwave safe.
It is forbidden to do this for any decoration containing precious metals, such as gold or platinum.

Are all HAVILAND products available on the e-shop?

No, the importance of the HAVILAND collections does not allow us to present our entire catalog on our website. We can deliver certain designs, with minimum quantity order (MOQ) and that we do not exhibit.

Can I have products sold on the website delivered outside of Singapore?

Yes it is possible to deliver to some countries outside of Singapore.
They are: Brunei, Burma (Myanmar), Cambodia, Timor-Leste, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Taiwan, Korea, Australia and New Zealand.

Are HAVILAND products Made in France?

All HAVILAND LIMOGES porcelain is produced in our Limoges site located in France. The manufacture is labeled by the Ministry of the Economy, Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant ( EPV )

Are all HAVILAND decors hand-laid or is there an industrial chain?

Is the Haviland family still in charge of the company?

Since 2004, the Manufacture HAVILAND has belonged to a French holding company, La Financière Saint-Germain.

Can I order personalized products?

HAVILAND carries out special deals around the world for many clients: individuals, architects, decorators, hotels and restaurants …
HAVILAND’s know-how and manufacturing techniques allow the realization of special cases, followed by dedicated teams (such as the personalization of a service). However, for certain works resulting from collaboration the agreement of the artist will be essential to the realization of a special order. There are minimum orders for these parts.

You can send your special deal request to one of our stores or to one of our authorized resellers.
Considering the difficulties of setting up and managing our collections, we reserve the right to refuse such requests, without explanation.

We cannot offer to use our tools, ovens and molds and for individual requests.

What are the numbers on your limited editions?

HAVILAND publishes certain pieces in limited or numbered series (in particular vases and other porcelain interior architecture pieces).
The numbers mentioned on the coin indicate the number of the coin in numerator, on the total mintage in denominator.

For example, a piece from a limited edition of 99 copies will be numbered: 1/99, 2/99, 3/99…

What is the procedure for returning a product ordered online?

The customer can return UNUSED products in their original packaging within fourteen calendar days following the date of receipt of the package. In the event that the period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, it is extended until the next working day. Items must be returned in their original packaging (in good condition), complete, new and unused to our store in Singapore, Paragon Shopping Center. Items can also be mailed back to Singapore Paragon Shopping Center, by secured and insured post such as FedEx, DHL, UPS. The costs of returning the articles under this right of withdrawal will remain the responsibility of the customer. What payment methods are there on the online store?

Payment is made online by credit card. The bank cards accepted are those of the Visa / MasterCard / American Express networks.

Payments are debited when the order is shipped. In the case of an online credit card payment, the order is deemed to have been placed on the date of validation of the payment for the order by the Customer. Consequently, the deadlines indicated on the “www.haviland.com.sg ” Site run from that date.
